If you see an error when trying to create a new account, it usually means you've reached the account limit for your current plan.
What does the message mean?
You might see something like: "You've reached the limit for DKK accounts (2) in your Start-up plan. Upgrade your plan to create more accounts."
This means your plan allows only a certain number of accounts. Once you hit the limit, you can't create more—unless you upgrade.
✅ How to fix it:
- Check the account limit for your current plan.
- If you need more accounts (e.g., for operations, VAT/tax, or savings), you can upgrade your plan directly in the platform.
- Contact our support if you're unsure which plan best fits your needs.
Tip: Many customers choose to upgrade when they want to separate finances across multiple accounts—e.g., Operating, VAT/Tax, and Savings.
