NoveNorth Terms and Conditions

Introduction and Service Purpose

Welcome to Nove North – Nove North offers a Danish digital business account solution targeted at small and medium-sized businesses. We combine technological innovation with fast processing and transparent terms – without hidden fees or unnecessary bureaucracy.

These terms and conditions supplement the separate customer agreement and NoveNorth's general terms and conditions, as well as other contracts that apply in the independent customer relationship between NoveNorth ApS (referred to as "NoveNorth", "we" or "us"), CVR no. 44335956, Amaliegade 6, 2 tv, 1256 Copenhagen K, and you as a private customer or business customer.

By accepting these terms and conditions, you declare that you have read and understood the content and agree to the terms.

Prices and Payment

Prices are shown in the current price list at www.novenorth.dk. Payment is made automatically monthly or annually in advance via the payment method you have linked to your profile.

Upon creation, you accept that payment is made in advance and automatically on the creation date, where the subscription is valid. Receipt is sent electronically via email. Cancellation must be done according to point 6.

For cancellation within the first 6 months, we reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee, cf. the Price List.

Account Use and Content

We reserve the right to reject content without justification.

Right of Withdrawal

You have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the conclusion of the agreement if you are a consumer. Withdrawal must be notified in writing to:

Upon withdrawal, access to the service ceases immediately. The prepaid subscription payment is not refunded as it covers setup and administrative costs. The right of withdrawal lapses if you use any part of the subscription.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to change these conditions with 2 months' notice. You will be informed via email or directly in the platform.

If you do not wish to accept changes, you can cancel the subscription without charge with immediate effect before the changes take effect.

Cancellation and Termination

You can cancel your subscription with 1 month's notice. Cancellation is done through your profile on novenorth.com or by written inquiry to support@novenorth.com.

NoveNorth can terminate the agreement with 2 months' notice or without notice in case of material breach or misuse. Upon cancellation, your access to all associated functions and services ceases.

For cancellation within the first 6 months, we reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee, cf. the current price list.

Physical Products and Shipping

Physical products included in the subscription are produced and shipped only if requirements for design and content are met. You will be informed when the product is ready for ordering or reordering, and special deadlines apply for ordering and redelivery.

Liability and Limitations

NoveNorth is not responsible for content, advice or products delivered by third-party suppliers via our platform.

Our liability is limited to cases where we have acted intentionally or with gross negligence, and never includes indirect losses such as loss of operations, profit or data.

Force Majeure

Security and Data Protection

We comply with GDPR and protect your data according to our privacy policy. We do not share information with third parties without legal basis.

Validity and Governing Law

If a provision in these conditions is invalid, it does not affect the validity of the other terms.

The agreement is governed by Danish law, and disputes are settled by Copenhagen City Court.
