How do I approve transfers and payments?

Before you start

  • Make sure MoneyAuth is installed and paired with your account.
  • Allow notifications on your phone so you receive push requests.

Internal transfers (between your own NoveNorth accounts)

  • Transfers between your own accounts (e.g., DKK → DKK, EUR → EUR, or between two business accounts under the same customer) do not require MoneyAuth approval.
  • They are usually executed immediately or on the scheduled date if you chose a future date.
  • You'll see the receipt directly in Transactions.

Payments leaving the account (external recipients)

  • All payments to external recipients—e.g., standard bank transfers, Giro/FIK payments, and international transfers—require approval in MoneyAuth.
  • When you press Pay, you'll receive a push request in MoneyAuth. Open the app, verify the amount, recipient, and date, and approve.

If the push notification doesn't appear

  • Open MoneyAuth manually—the request is usually waiting there.
  • Check that notifications are enabled for MoneyAuth on your phone.
  • Verify your internet connection (Wi-Fi/mobile data).

Scheduled/future-dated payments

  • If you select a future date, you approve now, and the payment will run automatically on that date.
  • Until the processing date, you can find it under Scheduled and cancel if needed (MoneyAuth required).
