If you wish to close an account with NoveNorth, we're happy to help.
To close an account, please contact us directly from your customer platform so we can verify the request is coming from the correct user.
How to proceed
- Log in to your NoveNorth account.
- Go to Contact & Support in the menu.
- Send us a message via the platform including:
- Your company name
- The account number you want to close
- An account ownership document for the external account to which any remaining balance should be transferred (e.g., a recent account statement or a bank letter confirming ownership).
- Our support team will confirm receipt and help you complete the closure.
Important: For security reasons, we can only transfer remaining funds to an external account where ownership is documented with valid proof of account.
