Step-by-step guide

1. Log in

   • Go to the NoveNorth platform and sign in.

2. Go to your profile

   • At the top-left you'll see your company name and profile icon.
   • Click there to open the profile menu.

3. Select "Subscription"

   • In the menu, choose Subscription.
   • You'll see your current plan and the available upgrade options.

4. Choose the desired plan

   • Review the different plan types and their features.
   • Select the plan that fits your needs.

5. Confirm the upgrade

   • When you confirm, your upgrade request is sent to our customer support.
   • You will receive an email with the new billing terms. Once payment is processed, your plan is updated immediately. You'll gain access to the new features—for example, the ability to create more accounts.
